truck jumps in over drive only. not in any other gear but.changed filter, did not change. fluid is fine. had it checked several times 4 codes and found none. ???? Crazy

can you elaborate on what you mean by it jumps? I don't have your truck in front of me so I need all the info I can get about this. The better you can describe your issue the better advice I can give you. For instance, how many miles are on this?
