I am having a similar problem with 02 4WD Yukon. Just had the 4L60E overhauled. The vehicle does not seem to coast as easily as before, and when I accelerate there is a pause before the power is transferred. The vehicle never had this hesitation prior to my transmission problems. That said, the problem that I encountered that required a rebuild of the tranny was that I lost reverse gear. The shop told me that I had a bad sunshell and planetary. I am wondering if maybe when the shop replaced my torque converter, they didn't use the same type. Any ideas?
