no heat at my feet

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 that won't heat my feet. The air goes either to the defrost or dash vents but very little goes to my feet even though I have the knob turned to go fully at the floor. Any ideas? Thanks, Dwayne

Dwayne, Do you knew if any work happened under the dash? it may be something as simple as a vent connection was knocked off and this the heat is staying inside the dash, or the outside panel isnt seated right with the vent. hope this helps
