i have a 1996 mercury grand marquie the heater is stuck on 90 degrees it does have climate control it wont adjust the ac wont work either it just blows very hot air all the time what could be the proplem.i have tried nothing yet dont no were to start.heater control unit .blend door actuator.control its self.sensor some ware.please help tired of rolling windows down in the winter

Ok - some diagnosing to be sure. There is a blend door actuator which should be mounted on the casing (plastic) behind glove box or up where it's a pill. Try to find it without tearing car apart yet and see if you can feel or hear it trying to move.
Item should look like this found at AutoZone's site for parts - get where ever if this is determined to be at fault....

~~~~~~~~~~~~ I can only guess but I would think this the most likely issue. Could also be a stuck door or control is sending wrong info. I believe the gear in this can strip out and when replacing, index the part to turn the door. I hope you can find it and the replacement if needed is reasonable - some are not! Another tech here may have exacting location and instructions - I lack software for a diagram for it exactly, T
