heater fan won't shut off

The heater blower fan keeps running after the car and heater control are shut off. Car is a 98 chevy s10 blazer.Can't find any blower relays.

This would be like a stuck relay issue. Does the owner's manual help with the location at all? I don't have the software for that, sorry,
