i have a 2005 chey monty LS my blower works on both sides .i have duel controls my pass side gets great heat.and blows good..but my driver side i cant get heat .but the blower works great but only blows cold air ..iv tried replacing the control panel ..could it be the heat actuator in the dash for the driver side ?

I'll NEVER understand why they thought up dual zone heat or A/C for cars - left to right anyway. I haven't had the pleasure of messing with one but there simply has to be a second blend door and GM usually uses electronic actuators that could be the issue. It could also be getting a wrong signal from the control head.
Dont know for sure but the actuators frequently look like this........either direct or with rods to the door.......
