heat and a/c wont blow thru vents

I have a 95 Buick lesabre with electronic controls for the heat and a/c.when the fan is on it only blows thru the floor and defrost. Any suggestions why. Thanks.

Can't be sure but sounds like an actuator door isn't working by broken levers or the actuator for which way air will go,
