Not sure what that vehicle is? Typically fan(s) for radiator are controlled by a temp switch and you need to know you have the right one as there would be one for a gauge or light on dash.
Will that fans spin by hand (engine off with a stick please) and or if empowered directly? Can you get continuity thru that switch at temps when fans should be running and is one side of the plug empowered with 12v + with engine on? Most would route power thru a relay first,
