Welcome. Just FYI, subject line helps for year, make, model then content for what you want to say. It's enough to see it's empty of refrigerant and continues to try runny dry of oil which is carried by refrigerant. I'm going on just equal pressures it isn't pumping either because it's OUT of gas or isn't engaging. Either way pressures would read the same and if below PSI than the temp in F. it's out. Could be failed pulley too. Watch it for outer hub turning or not. If turning and noisy I'd disable it for now. It would need diagnosing on what to do from there for a fix not very easy for DIYers - be warned, Tom
