Hi, I just had a new thermostat put in my ford explorer, 1999, and for two weeks heat was working fine, today on way to work cold air coming through vents when heat is on, temperature gauge went all the way up to hot, smelling like anti-freeze, smoking from radiator? help, what do I do?

When overheating and boiling heater won't work. You must address the overheating at once and minimize damage that it may have already caused. The checklist to include, Fan and or fan clutch working, condition of radiator, system flush and a check for head gasket problems, T
