The blower motor is just a blower and cares less about heat, A/C Max or outside air. The resistor allows it to run at lower speeds - that's all. So what are you noticing different between Max and reg A/C? Does this vehicle use a cabin filter? T

No filter, when the blower is in the max ac it used to blow a lot harder than the ac setting, can't even hair any heater doors opening or closing

They usually do blow better on recirulate which is MAX on most vehicles. If you can control ducts to floor, defrost and don't get the diverter door to go to recirc than the door itself is a problem or perhaps isn't getting the vacuum to move it from the control head. Arggh! If all other doors work this is going to be a pest to figure out. How easy is it to get at distribution box on this vehicle? You may need to go there next, T
