i have a 97 gmc suburbon my heater is not working i change the relay an the resister an all i get is a clicking in the relay dont have no blower or nothing working

Will be trouble today for any parts if like most places. You probably have a blown heater motor drawing too much current. For the day test if you have tools and time that power is shutting down to it (likely) and since it's a high bet just the motor body a love tap with a hammer and it might snap to but means it's trouble even it that works, inconclusive if it doesn't change anything. Unplug power and if relay quits clicking it's almost certain motor is just shorted inside,

You can try tapping on the motor as Tom suggests but if that doesn't work, then you need to test for power and ground at the motor to see which one is missing. It could still be receiving power as that is constant. The ground is the control side.
