a/c heater cant turn off!!

I have a 99 chrysler 300m with 190,000 miles on it. The a/c and heater works fine, however it does not turn off at all and it blows on high all the time.The off switch does not turn the the unit off, and when the automatic temp control is activated the unit reaches a desired temperature but continues to blow hard and at one speed, high all the time. Can you help

Sounds like a faulty Blower Motor Power Module.
The blower motor power module is only used in vehicles equipped with Automatic Temperature Control . It is located on the lower right side of the HVAC unit housing, and is controlled by the Body Control Module.
