Manual or automatic climate control?

This is not so unusual on the Auto system. Whenever the battery power is interrupted, when it is connected again, the electric blend air doors go through a self calibration process and runs the door to full hot and full cold. Since they rarely use those positions, the doo tends to get stuck on full hot. I had a Blazer of my own that I actually had to drill a hole in a strategic spot in the case and insert a long, thing screwdriver to pop the door free.

Make sure you have checked all your fuses first.

I have a manual climate control system. I've checked all the fuses. Any idea on how to reset the HVAC, could that be the problem?

It's a manual system. there is nothing to reset.

You really need a scan tool to diagnose this properly.

Even though it is a manual system, it still goes through a calibration process once battery power is restored.

Turn the ignition off and disconnect the battery. Wait 30 secs and connect the battery back up. Start the engine and don't touch anything on the ac control panel for one minute while it calibrates. See if that works.
