Went through puddle, AC not working Sign In

2003 Acura TL, 91000 miles, 6cyl.

Yesterday fiancee drove through a puddle she says was fairly deep and since then the AC blows warm air. The car still runs the same and I checked to make sure the belt wasn't broken and I didn't see any leaks or anything. Any ideas?

Have you looked to see if the compressor is engaging?

Yeah the compressor is coming on. What could going through a puddle have to do with this? I'm guessing not an easy fix.

If your sure the belt is still in tact and the compressor is running, that doesn't leave much. It would have to be something with the heat control overriding it. Try pinching off the heater hose going into the firewall and see if that make a difference.

This is all assuming we are talking about the air temp and not the blower controls.
