Sunfire that Rattles

My 1997 sunfire GT makes rattling noise from under the glove boxs when ever the heater or a/c is on, it still blows air, the heater adn hot, and the a/c well it warm, but i think it is the blower motor, but i am no sure, the higher the fan and faster the rattel

This is a little tricky?? The fan blows air and heater works but A/C is warm and a noise/rattle with either.
The common denominator would be a temperature blend diverter door. Fan alone can make noise but should not be the cause of poor A/C performance while it still blows the air.
That or the blower motor is bad and you need A/C work. If blower is easy to get out, taking it out and run it may help with the diagnosis,
