 I have a 98 zx2 and purchased the a/c relay from the dealer but can not find the location of the a/c relay. It is not under the dash or in the fuse box under the hood. heeeeeeeeeeeeeelp....

I don't know what you bought but that car doesn't use a regular relay. The compressor clutch relay is incorporated into the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module)
It's mounted behind the left headlamp and looks like this
