Pontiac blower motor

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.1 L engine. The blower motor only runs on high, I have changed the resistor twice and the speed control switch but the problem still exist. Anyone with any other ideas to the cause of this problem?

Did the other speed work for any time after chaning the resistor?(just courious why you changed it twice)
