I have a 1996 Mitsubishi L200 2.4 liter diesel turbo 4wd.When i drive the car with the ac on,the radiator develops a ab normalpressure and the coolant in the reservoir starts to flow over, causing the engine to overheat. With the ac off the problem doesn't appear.I have already replaced the radiator cap.Can someone tell me what the problem is?

Re: Overheating Sign In

A/C alone isn't really the cause but adds to the heat engine must deal with. The quick pressure and overflowing at a recovery tank is indicative of head gasket problems or other items cracked or broken - bummer but the combustion gasses are probably getting into cooling system,
