My a/c doesn't blow cold air when it's hot out

Have a 02 honda civic lx .. My ac acting up. I took it to Firestone 5 times and they still can't figure it out.. When it not hot outside ac works great. When it's hot outside out ac runs about ten min good then blows hot air.. I have no leaks in my system. They change my ac buttons and board.. My thermostat , my stems and charge it twice . First time wit dye and second time cause they said it might need to be flush out...it's annoying when you pay for this and nuttin works still.. I live in Orlando fl and it freakin hot.. I also told them I don't hear the compressor click on when the ac goes out but my fan still runs like it is.. They look at me said well we would have to replace my whole system .. I know that's bull..can you give me a better idea

Get the car out of that place. They don't have a clue. You need to take it to a shop that specializes in air conditioning.

Without looking at gauge readings, scan tool data, and doing some diagnostic tests after confirming what is going on, nope no clue.
Take it to a shop that specializes in air conditioning. Firestick is only good for oil changes and tires.

Not without examining the car but an experienced AC tech would have no problem. Firestone isn't the place to find one.

Your welcome. I know your probably sitting there disappointed, but there are many things that will cause a compressor to not engage. Without doing some testing and analyzing data, you can't know what is going on.
Firestick has to be lost because they are replacing control panels and fiddling around with dye. Then they come out and say the system needs a flush? They are just flushing your wallet with their ignorance. Your better off in the log run to take it to a shop that specializes in ac work and have it diagnosed properly.
