Heating Sign In

Nissan Sentra 2001 2.0 140,000 Even though the blower works great,I can only get heat if I let it warm up for an extended time, and if I'm driving along. Even then, the heat will die out if I come to stop,or I keep driving.

Re: Heating Sign In

Thermostat may be part opening and slow. Easy test. Open hood, stone cold and upper rad hose should be ice cold at radiator till warmed up. It shouldn't be faintly warm early on or a new t-stat could be the fix. Please don't burn or cut yourself testing this crap!
