2004 Kia Sorento. I filled the anti-freeze, but still nothing. It seems to work only when driving on Interstate or when turning. I let the engine warm, but no heat until I reach the Interstate, and even then it's hit or miss. Please advise.

The upfront problem is that you could add anti-freeze - so why was it low is the real question? It may not be totally full now but getting closer - check again. Ok: Once engine operating temp and coolant stays filled then we can figure on why the heat is intermittent like this. It can be a weak water pump or other things but concentrate on why coolant is or was low to begin with for now, T
