My heater coil went bad,and i recently bought a new heater coil and it was placed in the truck-1994 chevy blazer s10 4 door, vortex engine, the problem is now, that the blower is not working or the fan,and no heat is coming out,but the heater coil is heating up underneath where it is located-but there is no heat coming out of the vents. When i turn the heater switch up-it makes a really bad clicking sound which seems to be coming from somewhere under the hood in the front of the truck.Im afraid now that the truck may catch on fire if it has no way to release the heat into the truck..i do not know for sure if it could do this or not..I need to know what to do-to fix this problem..please help!

Haven't had the joy (right) of doing a heater "core" on one of these. Amost all are quite involved to get to with lots of little parts and plugs that need to all go back properly. I'm pretty sure this blower motor is simple as they go to take out and inspect if the cage is hitting something preventing it from turning to move air. Never say never but if properly fused this should blow a fuse before being a fire hazard. Recheck your work if you did the job or go back to who did, T
