Great heat up front-Rear air blows cold!

I have a 2003 Dodge Durango. 115,000 miles. I have rear air and it blows cold. My front heater works great. So good that i have to slow the control down after 30 minutes. Dash gets awfully warm also!

Questions for now:
* Does engine temp stay steady?
* Is coolant full at reservior and radiator?
Could a request for cool in rear (if separate controls) be set to cool and not heat?
