Ford Escort AC Issue

I have a 2001 Ford Escort in excellent condition w/ 39K miles and recently began driving it more often(daily). At first the AC run very well and is cold,cold,cold. After 15-20 minutes of driving it seems to be loosing capacity to cool. Fan seems to work fine but air is warm. Any ideas? Possible inline filter clog?

You're going to have to get a set of professional gauges and rig them up to the windshield you you can monitor what the pressures, both high and low are doing as this problem progresses.
