Sign In Hey, new here. 94 Chevy c1500 5.7 230000 mi. Got a new compressor in hopes of that fixing the problem (compressor would not kick in). Didn't fix it. So its one of 2 things at this point: freon sensor or the relay. But I can't find where the relay even is!!! I looked all through my Haynes guide, but let's face it, it's not a chilton... Sign In You're probably way over your head here. There are dozens of reasons for the compressor not to kick in. You can also get yourself in a lot of trouble with incorrect charging and oiling procedures. A/C is not as simple as you may think and you can do a lot more damage than you already have. You may give up when you find out where this relay is too.
