I have a 91 S10 2.8 v6 and the blower motor does not work. The fuses are good.I was told it was probably the relay under the hood. For about 2 years it worked on the 3 lower speeds and not on high. Now it does not work at all.I read awhile back there was a way to ckeck your voltages at the relay to make sure it was the relay and not the switch on the dash.If anyone can help let me know. Thanks

If it only worked on the 3 lower speeds, The "resistor" under the dash is the place to start. You'll find it screwed into the heater plenium near the blower motor, remove it inspect for any rust or brakes in the coils. If you are handy with a voltmeter you can Ohm the coils and the fuse on the resistor. If any opens are found replace it. The resistance will be differant for each coil. I don't suspect the motor due to the way it was working prior to complete failure.
The switch could be the problem aswell, however the resistor is easier to remove and easier to test.
