I have a 1997 Dodge Interpid 3.3 and when I got it the A/c worked fine that was about a year ago. Then one day none of the settings worked except the high setting cooling and heating works fine. Then the A/C started to work only some of the time now it doesn't work at all only when we are going up to speed a little cold air blows threw the vents but when we slow down it stops. I replaced the blower motor resistor but it didn't seem to do anything. Any info on what to do to fix it would be very helpful. Thankyou

You mean blower isn't working - right? Thought so.......
OK: Resistor does allow for lower speeds and since that didn't change it you need to test for power to it at all. It may not get power or if it does the blower motor may be the trouble and perhaps the resistor wasn't happy with too much draw from it to begin with. Test for power at all AND make sure motor is grounded too,
