Hmmmmm...Something doesn't sound right......You wouldn't see pressure reading like that with a stuck txv...the low side would be going into a vacuum at higher rpms.... How much refridgerant did you put in, what is ambient temp, what is the vent temp? Can you supply a idle & 2000 rpm pressure reading? Can you pinch off both heater hoses & see if that has any effect on the vent temp?

lmao..............I was just gonna say the same thing Desi.........You & Tom have been helping him.....you might as well finish off......... Those pressure reading are what thru me, it was hard to believe with as close to normal reading like that that there would be no cool air.... But.....I'll just lurk in the back ground on this one....

I think my friend and I have solve the problem thanks to your help. I will check the car's system tomorrow after I get out of work. The last thing I did to it was replace the expansion valve and changed the position from where it was placed originally. The pressures were about the same low side ~40 and high ~225 and the center vent ~62F at idle and down to ~50F running. If anything I will get back to you if anything comes up. Thank you all for your help.

I want to thank you guys for all your help. My friend and I are still working with the a/c in relation to the temperature in the cabin. In relation to the original question and all the rest of the information, it was very helpful. If I have any concern in the future, I will get in touch again. Thank you all.

Long thread so not a re-read of everything. What catches my eye is the "~" meaning (about) to me and how close is about? The pressures and performance will depend on real temp of incoming air in front of grille not some other thermometer elsewhere. Hot pavement if where you are checking will matter as well as being in full sun. Performance at what idle speed and are windows open or closed? What prompted you to alter location of anything with X valve? How close to weight of exact charge do you think you achieved? 19oz isn't going to like being off very much. Seems that this should be tolerable now but if all is accurate with so many critical new parts I'd expect better. Not sure on a '95 as one '93 (converted to 134a) had a license tag right in front of grille! That was just a dude who had fixed a clearly broken condenser himself and just wanted a vac and charge but was concerned on that and may not be involved with yours at all, T
