I seem to have a strange problem. I don't seem to have control over the A/C fan in my Concorde, basically if I turn the dial for the fan speed it stays at the highest setting, and if I turn it off, the air gets pushed to the floor at the highest setting. The actual A/C works in manual or auto and the heating still works as well, I just can control the fan speed or completely turn off the system. I did some online checking and ran the diagnostics for the A/C unit, but it came up with no errors. I'm pretty much stumped on this as I can't think of any else to try.

Car Specs:

'98 Chrysler Concorde 3.2L with 130,000 miles

You likely have a bad blower motor power module. It's located under the dash on the passenger side, next to the blower motor. You should always have things tested to be sure but it's very likely.
