i have a 99 ford 150 i think it has the 5.4 liter engine what the problem is with the heat is all the vents is blowing straight cold air accept the floor vents it gets luke warm now i have flushed block radiator and all that real good has brand new thermostat in it at a 195% i have checked heater core the heater hoses is getting very hot on the input and out put side i was told it cold be the climate controll switch wanted to know iff that would be acurate for i went threw the trouble of fixing it i open for any help possable

The heat in that vehicle is controlled by a blend door that regulates heated air flow. it is operated by an electric motor/actuator. The problem can be that the actuator is stripped or inoperative or the door itself could be damaged. This is what needs to be determined by examining the actuator and see if it is responding to heat change commands or not.
