I have a 99 V6 Isuzu Rodeo Sport. About a month and a half ago I started using my AC because it the weather was getting hotter. That's when I started getting some sort of fluid splashing out onto my floormat on the passenger side (luckily I had the rubber mat instead of just bare carpet). The strange thing is it only leaks out when I make a hard left turn, like at an intersection. It isnt only when I have the AC running, it usually starts leaking after a few minutes of running the AC. Then if I turn it off, it will still splash out for a while. Is there anything I can do?

That is the condensation leaking from the A/C case. Usually it happens because the drain gets plugged up causing the water to accumulate and back up into the car. The fact that you say it leaks pretty quick after turning the A/C on could mean that the case itself is cracked or somehow damaged. I would start out by locating the drain on the engine side and cleaning that out. If you look up under the dash on the passenger side, you may be able to follow the leak to it's source. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
