99 Chev Blazer no heat when idle

I have a 99 blazer when idle blows cold air after you drive a block or so the air blows hot, but the windows start to fog up and a real bad antifreeze smell comes through. I don't have money to take anywhere any suggestions would be appreciated.

It sounds like you have a leaking heater core. This is a MAJOR job on that truck. You can bypass the core by joining the heater hoses together and drive with no heat but you can't continue to drive it leaking like that or you could end up ruining your motor.
