98 stratus blows hot air in A/C Sign In

pressure when car is off 100psi. pressure when on 45psi then the clutch disengages pressure builds to about 70psi then clutch kicks back in all the while the air is coming out hot like the heat is on pressure was checked at 90degrees outside temp. this happenes repeatedlyabout every three seconds please help :)

pressure was tested at low pressure port

The compressor shuts off at about 24PSI so it must be pulling down that low before cutting off the compressor. You really need to monitor the high pressure side also to be sure what is going on but you are most likely low on refrigerant but don't just arbitrarily add more without knowing the high pressure.

actually i think the problem just got worse i let in run for a while and the compressor began to smoke so i dont know whats goin on now........?

Well, one thing for sure is you need a new compressor. You also have another problem somewhere that caused the failure. It could be any number of things but it's going to take a set of professional gauges and someone that knows A/C to recognize the problem.
