I had an entermintant problem with the a/c not coming on now it will not come on at all. I have checked the low pressor s/w it's ok. Ihave also checked the wires going to the compressor I have less than 1 volt going in not sure how much voltage I need but do'es not seem enough to engage the clutch (and the clutch is not engaging) is there another s/w or relay somewhere that I need to check?

The relay for the A/C clutch on that car is combined with some other relays and built into one module called the "Constant Control Relay Module".
It's located in the engine compartment behind the left headlamp.
You need to be sure to troubleshoot the wiring to confirm that is the problem.
