To recap. Heater blower would not come on. Removed blower, hooked it across the battery and it came on. Blower is good. Got a 6-12 continuity tester for autos. Probed each side of line going to blower and had it grounded good. Key was turned on and the blower switch was on. On one side I got a real bright light. On the other side I got a real faint light about the size of a pin tip, could barely see it. I have been told there is a resistor in the line that may be bad but I haven't got that far yet and I haven't probed the fuses though I did change them out. There is also a 30amp circuit breaker next to the fuse box that is supposed to be for the heater. It is even with the top of the fuse panel and off to the left. The owners manuel says to reset the circuit breaker " press the button." Well you can hardly see or reach the circuit breaker and I didn't see a button. I saw the end of the breaker that said " 30 amps " and that is all. I didn't see any " button. " Well, that is where I am now.

Well if you have 12v on the blue wire, then the resistor is a very good possibility barring a bad switch but I haven't seen too many of those....

You should be able to ground the blue/black tracer wire and that will make the motor run on high speed.

I didn't quite follow that. Did you mean to plug the wires back into the blower, then scrape a bare place on the blue wire and attach a ground wire to it? Or did you mean to go to the resistor ( which I haven't found yet) and ground the blue wire? It's getting late, I'll check back tomorrow. Thanks again for your help, it has been an adventure.
