95 Blazer Blend Actuato

I have a 95 S10 Blazer which is AC is not blowing cool air. After checking out everything I found I was getting warm air in any AC mode and even during vent. The AC is dumping all kinds of condensate and under the hood everything around the evaporator is cold. This is leading me to beleive the blend door is stuck and can't go all the way to the cool side. It will go warmer if I move the control up. I checked the pot for the temperature control and it appears good. So the question is, where is the blend actuator and how do I get to it? What does it look like. My Hane's manual doesn't even mention it.
