93 Geo Prizm AC problem

1993 Geo Prizm 1.6L 97k miles I bought the car knowing the AC blew warm air, thinking I would only need to recharge the system. At that point, I knew nothing about AC systems. Turns out I have the r12. I went to Autozone to get a retro kit, but none of them fit on my car, so I'm assuming there is no easy way to convert my car to r134. I took my car into Pep Boys today to have it fixed yada yada yada. They wanted ~$600 to retro fit it and replace the dryer and expansion valve. They did confirm that there are no leaks in the system, though. Is there a much cheaper way to do this? I have checked ebay and found this: link deleted............ not allowed Is this going to work? Or are there any places that still service r12? Thanks in advance. It's supposed to be 100 degrees tomorrow :(
