Also minimal amount of air flow on defrost although blower sounds strong. Mechanic wants to remove dash to check wiring which could become costly. I know the car's computer has reset funtions through the climate control on dash which makes me wonder if it's a connection problem or computer. Double check the vacuum supply coming from the engine to the programmer. Able to find a replacement one at the yard for $70. Cadillac only made the 92 cluster one year and change it up the next year. the cluster has speedometer,tach, other gages, as well as heating controls. That would be the control head I was referring to.
