92 Cadillac blower motor will not shut off

My 92 Cadillac Eldorado blower for the HVAC will not shut off. The only way I can get it to quit is to disconnect the battery. If it's a control unit or a relay, I have no idea were it's located.

It's neither of those. It is most likely a bad blower speed control module. It's located in the top of the evaporator housing, not far from the blower motor in the engine compartment.
