I have a 2006 Ford explorer with a unique problem and I'm at a end. The issue is that the AC or blower motor works periodically. When you cut the truck on the AC or Nothing blows through the vents with the selector switch put on max AC or Regular AC. Actually the blower doesnt work at all. Funny thing can cut the truck off, turn the switch to off, cut the truck back on, turn the selector to vent and on occasion the blower will work. I replaced the blower motor and blower motor resistor and blower relay and the AC worked for two days correctly. After that, it went back to not working or only working on occasional and only when the AC selector was on vent. I replaced the blower speed selector switch on the dash and that hasn't helped. Any suggestions out there? I'm thinking it may be the AC selector switch.

Go back over all the connectors for the items you changed. Look for discoloring in the plugs. It is common for these high current connectors to overheat over time and that loosens the contacts and causes high resistance at the connections.

If you do this at the moment the blower is not working, it will suddenly come on when you hit the right one.
