Check the 40 amp HVAC fuse in the underhood fuse box. The motor should receive 12v whenever the key is on. The speeds are controlled on the ground side. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

It's not a matter of suggestions or ideas. The fuse powers the motor directly so if you confirm power leaving that fuse, then there is a problem with the wire between there and the motor. It's a direct route with one connector in between from the fuse to the motor. Make sure the fuse actually has power with a test light.
