2003 PT Cruiser-New Compressor-Not Cold

Installed A/C Kit on 2003 PT Cruiser 2.4 Turbo. The vent temp only gets to 60 degrees, high side guage at normal idle is 105, low side 55, abient temp 82.
Reason compressor was relplaced is owner over tightened hose assembly bolt at compressor to fix leak and stripped threads. I've never had a new compressor be bad, is this the problem?

Could be. Could also be a restriction in the system.
Feel the temp of the liquid line before the tube and see if it's room temp or warm to the touch.
