Might just be evaporated moisture from carpets or whatever - like snow or any reason water got in - hope so.
Coolant in heater core would fog windows even without leaking such that you see it drip sometimes. It has a smell and the fog doesn't just clean off without real window cleaning. Just wiping it smears and is icky (that's genuine mechanic speak )
If very cold where you are and you need some time if in fact the core is the trouble it will be better off with radiator/pressure cap loose - absolutely monitor engine temp and keep it full. Bring extra premixed coolant with you if needed to use the vehicle for a little while or just to take it in or whatever.
Seriously - takes real Windex like cleaner and lots of paper towels to clean off windows to even drive it if fogged enough from antifreeze,
