2001 Taurus 3.0 DOHC Surges with AC on

OK the kinda surges when you turn the air on .I`ve put new plug wires also check gap and installed new OEM plugs.also replace the upper and lower intake gasket check fuel pressure was fine .please give me any ideal you may have thanks for any help

Moved your inquiry to the heat and A/C section and may not be A/C related exactly. Has anything been done to A/C right when this first started?
If only when A/C is on which is a substantial load on the engine with all things normal with it, it should (vehicle's computer) compensate the load and hold idle reasonaby steady.
Seems like it's confused to cover the load. A code reading may lead to the issue. Vacuum leaks anywhere among things that could set this off.
Is the CEL on or battery disconnected recently?
