I've got a 2000 Dodge Ram that only blows hot air on low fan. Replaced Rad, T-stat, Heatercore. It blows heat when the fan is on low but when I turn it up a notch you can feel it cooling down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Once engine is up to operating temp does it stay right on that spot or fluctuate? Will heat improve at speed or raised idle?

Usual checks in order for coolant level, system is pressure tight.

Begs the question of what brought on all this work? Was a hard overheat problematic before this work?

If flow to heater and return hoses are unobstructed and flowing liquid (no air involved) then it must be volume of liquid coolant passing thru or blended with outside air (unheated) is excessive via a problem with blend door.

It's not that common but if somehow anti-freeze is wildly strong that could be part of the problem or new to me but reported here with a few vehicles that water pumps are inadequate at pumping but those should show erratic engine temps as well with assorted RPMs I would think,
