i have a 1997 dodge neon that has no heat. It is a hand me down car that i got for my 16th birthday that my older sister used. The engine had to be replaced before i got it and before i obtained it the heat and fan worked fine. We checked the fan and it works in my uncles neon meaning it works but it wont in mine. We tried replacing the resistor but no luck. what has us puzzled is when we replace the fuse and turn the heating/ac control to high the fuse keeps blowing. We checked the heating controls and they look fine. Please help! i need heat soon before the winter fully hits!

Check owner's manual for a relay and location or we can try to find out what the power path is for blower. Fuse blowing indicative of a short or excessive load somewhere,

What is the fuse number of the fuse that is blowing?
