1994 ford explorer heat and ac works when it wont to

sometimes when i get in the car and start it up. the heat or ac works fine, most of the time it dosnt. that was the frist problem then the power seats stop working, and sometimes i have to wiggle my turn signal for my head lights to come on. can not find any fuses, now my battery is over charging can someone please help.

You have 3 different problems there. It would be way too confusing to do that in one question. You need to ask separate questions.
