I have a 1994 chey 1 ton van, 12 passenger. When i turn on the heat, a/c, or defrost, I can hear it blowing somewhere but not into the cab of the van. It seems to be blowing into the engine compartment or somewhere else. Is the a door or somethin that i can easily check and see if its open to let the air in? Usually when a vacuum line break or it's storage ball it will default to defrost vents. I'd look for that first. Many vacuum lines are plastic and look like wire - easy to break.
