1993 Lexus ES300 No Heat/AC and Radio

The heater and radio wen out in my 1993 Lexus ES300. Nothing is displayed at all except the time on the radio. No heat or cooling settings can be adjusted. The radio does not turn on. The same goes for diagnostics. When I hold the AC AUTO button down together with the fan button and I turn the key to ON position the system does not enter the diagnostics because nothing is displayed or there are not any buzzing sounds. I checked all the fuses and no one seems burned. What can cause this problem? How easy or difficult is to self fix it?

Hmmmm? Check fuses with a test light no just by looks. If dead on both sides may be an upstream fuse,
